What is the cancellation policy?

To cancel or reschedule appointments, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Appointments require a non-refundable deposit, and we do not offer refunds for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Additionally, a $25 rescheduling fee will be added to your final invoice.
